External window cleaning will be completed from ground level using extension poles and a purified water (ionic water) system where suitable. Any windows that cannot be safely accessed without additional access equipment are excluded unless otherwise agreed.

• Silicone removal beyond normal builders clean
• Adhesive removal requiring specialised chemicals
• High-level work requiring scaffold or EWP
• Acid washing of brickwork or tiles

Important Notes

• This quotation is based on the supplied architectural plans.
• Property must be ready for handover with all trades completed before cleaning commences.
• Power and water must be available on site.
• If additional cleaning is required due to trades returning after completion, additional charges may apply.
• Minor paint overspray, silicone residue and stickers will be removed where practical; however, some marks may require specialised removal methods and are not included.
• Cleaning is limited to safe and accessible areas only.
